When confronted, Rachel insisted she was in Melbourne on business and denied carrying on an affair with Woods. Rachel also claimed that she’d traveled to Australia with a boyfriend. In a later conversation however, she admitted to THE ENQUIRER she had lied about going to Australia with a boyfriend. Also, Uchitel admitted "she had met Tiger on two different occasions."
According to the sources, not only have Rachel Uchitel and Tiger Woods been having an affair for about six months, but text messages between Uchitel and Woods were the reason behind the alleged argument that precipitated the car accident early Friday morning in the Woods' gated community in Florida.
